All Sales Final
Due to the delicate nature of dried and fresh flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review all product details before making a purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Provide detailed photos and your order number so we can assess the situation.
